We are proud to inform our customers that we don’t ship to the United States and Canada only but we now offer international shipping services to over 185 countries. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow and do everything possible to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations all around the world. We currently offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on majority of our products with the exclusion of the Spark Naturals line of products which is only available to customers in the US and Canada.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

How do you ship packages?

In order to bring the best price possible to our customers we ship from three main distribution areas (United Sates, Europe and Asia). Packages shipped from the United States are shipped through USPS. Packages from Asia will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. We are working on bringing as much inventory as possible into the US in order to meet the demands and provide faster shipping to our customers. Our goal is to keep costs at a very competitive level and ensure our clients receive the best prices on the market.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world on the majority of our products (Spark Naturals products are available only in the US and Canada). However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and all custom fess are out of our control. Please check with you country laws. Most products will be arriving from the United States and China.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
